Does this unicorn sports bra exist?
I need a sports bra that is very supportive for deflated big boobs, very high impact activities at all angles (run, mountain climbers, burpees, etc). A challenge is that I need it TIGHT which causes unflattering overflow from my armpit and upper back. It's like an overhang, from previously being obese. I don't like it. I am also short and thus need a sports bra with smaller arm holes, meant for shorter torsos. Ones with adjustable straps tend to constantly slide down and need readjustment every 4 minutes. I hate it. Size: approx 32DD. General clothing size 4. HELP |
| I feel you! I need this too although I’m afraid it’s a unicorn |
| I’m not sure this will work, but I found out about SheFIT bras from DCUM and those are the only ones I wear for exercise now. They’re super adjustable. |
| I double up. |
| Second the recommendation for Shefit. They are the only ones that I’ve found kept things in place (I have been as big as a G cup while nursing) even during running and HIIT workouts - and they have adjusted down with weight loss, too. |
| I have had luck with the Old Navy high compression bras. Same size as you. |

I am not certain this is your unicorn, BUT, I post this option on every one of these threads. It was the only bra, at any price, that would flatten me and keep me in place when I was a G cup. (I've since had reduction surgery and have more bra options, and I still rotate this bra among others).
It's ugly AF and it's expensive. So what. https://enell.com/products/enell-sport |
