what inexpensive pop-up soccer goal do you recommend for 8-year-olds?

I'd like to buy a pair of pop-up goals for a rec league team of 8-year-olds that I am coaching.

Any recommendations regarding the brand?

And what width would you recommend? 4 feet?

Sounds fine. Puggs are standard. Forza on Amazon are fine and cheaper. These are an excellent investment.

We have the six foot GoSports at home and they’ve held up great with pretty much daily use.

I would look at Craigslist and other local classifieds as people regularly sell Pugg Goals and other soccer gear.

Build kick walls. Use them for drills, too.

6 foot Puggs. You'll have them forever. Trust me.

+1. Or take them to a place that has a large wall so they can practice passing and kicking with both feet. At around 8/9 years old, I took my DD to a tennis court that had wall so she could practice, but just make sure they wear sneakers or turf/indoor type shoes instead of cleats.
