Recommendations for private 2D US

| We want to get a scan that’s not being covered by our insurance and are happy to pay out of pocket. My husband also gets to be part of it this way. Not looking for 3D/4D scans just a regular 8 week one. We would ideally want something within DC city limit. Did anyone go this route and have someone they used? |

| I've only ever had elective US way later in pregnancy (34 weeks) for the 3D/4D photos. I don’t think any of those places will confirm your pregnancy. Usually the earliest I've seen that they'll see you, is at 14 weeks. Plenty of those places around. I haven't seen any offering an 8 week US. |

| Was doing some research myself for same thing. There’s a place in Fairfax called “Pregnant See” that does an 8 week confirmation of pregnancy ultrasound. Good luck! |

Are you talking about infant see 4d? They were amazing! Her place is so cute and set up like a spa inside. She makes moms feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this place. |

Sorry forgot to add that this place is totally worth the drive. She has a big couch for guests/partners to view the ultrasound while you are on a big comfy bed type thing. It’s on a huge screen so your husband can really enjoy the experience of seeing the baby with you. |

| I used Baby Joy in Silver Spring for a private 3d ultrasound. They were great. Closest place I could find to DC proper. |
