I made the snow ice cream with just regular milk, sugar, vanilla and snow. It was surprisingly tasty. I thought it would be watery, but it wasn't.

I made Beef Bourguignon on saturday when I had a ton of time. Today I took the leftovers added potatoes, peas and corn and made a sorta beef stew pot pie. I put one pilsbury pie crust on the bottom of a 8x8 pan, put beef stew in covered with second pie crust and baked at 425 for 40 minutes. Came out great and only took about 10 minutes to prepare
