| Did that group finally give up their ridiculous lawsuit about redistricting? They seem pretty quiet. Were they told they have no case finally? |

They finished the trials for the 6 appeals on Sept 12.
I'm not sure what typically happens next after that. |

The howard county neighbors United Facebook page should have info.
One of the main proponents/ sponsors keeps talking about some sort of discrimination against special needs kids but it is unclear if the judge finds that true, the entire redistricting is thrown out. |
