Paved bike trails that are not busy

my wife is just starting to ride her bike again after many years but is still a little slow and wobbly when riding. Does not feel comfortable on busier trails like the capital crescent trail so we’ve been riding on the ICC trail which is typically nice and quiet, even on a weekend. Are there any other paved trails in the Rockville, Gaithersburg, Bethesda area that are not busy on a weekend?

If you’re willing to drive to DC, the trails around RFK are great.
