Getting an offer but way down the wait list?

right now people who typically would have jumped are not. They list also moves very quickly now as that are getting close to count day. If someone does not respond in a few hours, they move on.
Did you get an offer? OR an ..... we are moving quickly and might have a spot. Are you still interested? |

Way down the wait list on MSDC, you mean? I think the previous posters are right, lists are moving fast and your MSDC wait list number is probably not your "real" wait list number right now. |

| If it is an easier to get into school, they may just be taking their chances that most people will decline, and if they do end up with a few kids more than planned, they'll deal. |

What? The school said your child could do virtual education but when the school returned to in-person they would be expelled? Is this DCPS or charter, because that doesn't seem right. |

| A charter can not legally do that. Their charter would need to be modified. |
