I'm looking to buy a piece of exercise equipment to help me stay in shape as it gets colder, but we don't have a ton of space in our rowhouse, so it has to be something small - like a foldable bike, treadmill, stepper etc.
I'm not in great shape - 45 years old and 135 lbs. When it is nice out, I walk 3 miles a day, but want another option for when it is colder. But it just has to be a decent machine. Nothing fancy. |

| Consider a few dumbbells. Lifting weights is great for your muscular system |
| I got a foldable tread off the FB marketplace for $100. It is nothing fancy but it does the job. I agree with the PP about some weights too. |

I purchased a kick-ass stepper from Amazon in August, and it's the best thing since sliced bread. It's small, but sturdy and only cost $120.
Search for Sunny Health and Fitness Stepper. It should pop right up. It has terrific reviews. |
| Rowing machines are often made to stand up when not in use. We have a water rower, small footprint. |
