Craigslist for snow removal?

Has anyone used anyone they found on CL for snow removal/shovelling?

I've got someone coming by this morning. My car's plowed in and I've had enough.

used two different guys/crews in 2 ocassions. 1st ones not so good, the second ones very good, calling them again.

6.22 here. 2 guy crew and they did an awesome job. I'm availing myself of MoCo's free parking offer since there's a garage within walking distance, but we're definately calling them after this snow to dig my husbands work truck out again.

I haven't, but hey, why not. I hadn't actually thought of this before reading your post. We haven't seen a snow plow on our MD street, so maybe I could find someone to plow, and get my neighbors to go in on it.
