True, but the fact is that there are people who are turned off Democrats because of behavior like this and because of behavior like the "if we open up schools X number of kids will die" rhetoric. We can't really risk turning more people to Trump's side and it does happen with situations like those.

So underwhelmed by these types of protestors. If theres a spectrum of protestors from Code Pink hystericas to Rosa Parks, these types spring from the same mold as the former and undermine ANY cause they take an interest in.

I absolutely think Biden would take reasonable and meaningful steps to address both the protests/riots, and the underlying inequities that are leading to them. And I think he's made rational statements on the matter. Nonetheless, he is inextricably linked to the Democratic party, and the party as a whole has been turning away middle America with their rhetoric.
