Does anyone know?
I need to go for monitoring and have been calling Fair Oaks and getting the "our office is now closed" recording. They normally open at 7am & it's almost 7:30. I don't want to go over there in the snow to find they're closed, but I need to have my u/s & b/w done this morning! |
| They should be open. SG never closes. Even though the clinic is open for monitoring at 7am, the phones will not get answered until 8:30. |
| Annandale is open--they got there late (7 am)...but they are there (and understaffed). I thought SG never closed to0, but Annandale was closed Saturday and Sunday b/c of the weather. |
| The shady grove office was open today and all weekend. |
| OP here. Wasn't sure about Fair Oaks so I went to Annandale and that was open. Thanks! |
| Yes Annandale was open. I had monitoring done today. I was suppose to have my first IUI Wednesday but they moved it to tomorrow. I bet that part of their reasoning was because of the new storm coming in tomorrow. |
| i don't understand why people don't pick up the phone, call and ask? |
Because they don't start answering their phones until 8:30 (if then). |

you could still plan...
or email your doctor. |
| i mean, it's not as if these snow storms are a surprise. |
Right, because I planned in advance that I'd have my early miscarriage during the snowstorm and would need an ultrasound to start a new cycle today. I always coordinate my pregnancy losses with the weather forecast. If you have nothing useful to add, don't open the thread. We're nice to each other on this forum - please go to the nanny forum if you want to be a bitch. |
What are you trying to say? You can tell me that we will have a storm on March 15 and if my body decides to ovulate that day, what am I supposed to do? Tell mother nature to wait or tell my body to hurry up and ovulate so I can get my IUI done before the storm? You seem clueless. |
| The clueless poser is obviously so bored and miserable she had to venture into this forum. I hope she gets over it and stays away from the SN forum. |
hey there - curious about your ruhed IUI. I had a similar thing happen at a small clinic that wanted to be closed on Christmas Eve so they had my trigger and do my IUI a day early. Largest follicle was 14 and my gut was telling me it was too early. Of course, it didn't work. So don't waste your money if follicle size is too small! |
you can start a cycle that soon after miscarrying? that's great if you can, i had to wait 2 months after mine. (of course i was ready to start immediately). anyway good luck and i'm sorry for your loss. |
