Does anyone know when schedules will be released? Tournament takes place on Columbus Day Weekend (Oct 10-11) |

| As with any tournament...the schedules usually come out the week before. They try for earlier but rarely happens. |

Thank you for applying for the NVSC Battlefield Tournament 2020 to be held in Prince William County, VA over the Columbus Day weekend (Oct 10th and 11th).
I wanted to send out a quick email to explain some items and to answer some questions you might have: I have accepted all of the teams that applied...still working on some payments but all is good. The accepted team listing with brackets is on the tourney website. Please note that I had our Directors of Coaching do the brackets...they took into consideration many factors such as: Number of teams applied in an age group Level requested by the team If we had to move a team up an age group to find the right mix (if you don't see your team in the age group you normally are in please look at the next group) Brackets have to be 4, 5, 6 or 8 so that determines sometimes where a team falls. You have a couple of days to reach out to me about the brackets, CHANGES CAN ONLY HAPPEN IF I GET A TEAM TO MAKE THE CHANGE REQUESTED. So deadline for bracket comments will be the end of Thursday, Sept 24th. I will be starting the schedule process tomorrow. This will take 2 to 3 days to do. I would like to have them posted this weekend or early next week and have to get the schedules over to our ref assignor ASAP. Field locations for each age group/gender will be posted on the tournament page. Field Layouts will be posted soon.
