| It fits both my 3 yo and small 6 yo fairly well. They are head straps, not ear loops. |

| I forgot mine when out the other day and had one of these in the car, and it worked for me (kind of). Definitely too small for all of the time use on an adult, but they are big. Older kids might fare best. |
