Looking for playdates with COVID-cautious family for 3 year old near Tysons

Is there anyone in or close to the Tysons area with a toddler who might be looking for a playmate with another family with similarly cautious distancing practices? We have an active 3 year old boy we had to withdraw from daycare as a precaution, but would really like to find another child to play with during the weekends. We also have a 1.5 year old girl. We have very limited exposure (have groceries delivered, a live-in nanny) and are hoping to find someone with a similar profile. Thanks!
