Gators or masks for preschoolers

I’m looking for a face covering for my 3yo. She is a normal sized 3yo. A lot of the gators I see seem to be for older kids like in elementary.
Can you recommend gators or masks that fit your 3yo well? We currently have the old navy kid masks and they fit her after shrinking in the wash. |

| There was a study that said gaiters are worse than no mask. I think it's been debunked but that perception is out there. Target has good masks for little kids. |

| I found that Vistaprint masks are a good fit for little faces. DD will wear that one without complaint. The Target ones fall down for her. |

Yeah, gaiters are better than nothing but worse than double layer masks: https://medical.mit.edu/covid-19-updates/2020/08/neck-gaiters For my 3 year old adjustable masks work better than gaiters anyway because they stay up. We found some at the check out line in the grocery store that work really well so I bought a ton of them. I don’t have a link but the key is the little rubber adjusting piece on the ear straps. We also use a connector to hold it make it a loop so that when he pulls it down to get water or a snack it doesn’t fall to the ground and get dirty or lost. |

| Op here. I was looking partly for warmth as the weather gets cooler. My child’s preschool spends the majority of their time outdoors and will continue to spend as much time outside as possible even when weather gets colder. |

LOL, please don't buy your child an alligator.
Gaiters, on the other hand, don't work for my 4 year old, it slips right off. She likes the masks from Primary.com and Carters. They're small and fit well. |
