Barbies have such weak necks. Every barbie I had and the barbies of the kids I babysat for ended up decapitated.

I like the Pediatrician one, she's a POC and it comes with two little babies.

What are kid's other interests? They literally have a Barbie for everything - so wants to be a teacher? Get that one? Interested in science or paleontology? There is a Barbie for that. Vet, dog walker, groomer....I think picking by interest is best
