| We were interested in this house bu I couldn't get a sense of the layout and there was no foorplan included. So many houses only have one bathroom upstairs and we would really like an ensuite main bedroom. |

| pp here. Also it wasn't a targeted neighborhood from us. Op seems to like the neighborhood. Any additional info. We would have preferred something a bit closer to downtown takoma or ss. |

| Living in this neighborhood I would prefer to be closer to DTSS or TP too. But it's not far from TP or DTSS, actually. And the nature trail is lovely, the immediate neighborhood is extremely lovely and very special. There's a great community here. Lower taxes than TP. The puposa store across the street is great. It's a little slice of nature in the city. Drive or walk around it, if you haven't. Sligo Park Hills is special. |

OP here. I actually live close to downtown Silver Spring and prefer my neighborhood to that one. But I do love the house! |

| It's a beautiful house but it's basically only two bedrooms upstairs. I think it's priced well though. |

| We like it too but ultimately decided not to see it. I think it would be incredibly drafty and I'm concerned about maintenance issues. Schools are pretty good, and great once you get to middle school (but not TKPK schools all the way). Close to the park. Asking for pre-inspections, so it'll probably go fast. |

Why do you think it'd be drafty? Is it the stone, or the ornate but probably inefficient windows? I'm also curious what maintenance issues you see. |
