Please Give Me the Scoop About Forestville Elementary

I am taken aback by the large class sizes at Forestville Elementary. I know their children do quite well on testing and the school is ranked well. I understand it feeds into Langely HS which also has a good reputation for academics. But how on earth are those children doing so well with large classes and rude teachers? Okay I'm sure not all teachers are rude there but some are. I know because I observed one class for an hour.

Any good or bad info about Forestville to add?

I am a GF resident. Don't have kids in public school, but I can tell you I have friends who are very happy with Forestville. As with GF Elementary, the parents seem to be very involved, which is usually a good thing. Sorry I don't know more. If you are thinking of sending a child there, perhaps you could get the names of some PTA people from the school and they would be willing to talk to you.
