Need Guidance

My husband and I got a DD with our 2nd FET 3 years ago. We’re now trying for our 2nd Child and it’s been very difficult

I did a IVF retrieval and got 16 five day embryos frozen.

We used 2 embryos to get 1 daughter

Over the last year, we’re now on our 4th attempt and I just got a BFN on my urine test today
1.) 1 Embryo transfer new protocol, negative
2.) 1 Embryo transfer new protocol, negative
3.) 1 embryo transfer under old protocol which gave us a daughter, negative
4.) Conducted a ERA and discovered I was pre receptive
5.) 2 Embryos transferred under revised protocol, urine test negative 9 days after transfer

I’m with Shady Grove and currently my husband and I are on the verge of quitting and accepted the fact we may only have one child.

What are your thoughts? Our diagnosis has been unexplained. Is there a different clinic that can do anything different than what Shady Grove has already tried?

Did you PGS test?

Yes. All were normal. We are just confused

I am so sorry, OP. Did you have chemical pregnancies with any of these or did they all truly fail to even try to implant?

Getting no implantation with 5 PGS normal embryos is very unusual.

You still have quite a few embryos left. My advice would be to consult with one or two other clinics and see if they recommend a vastly different procedure.
The question PP asked about chemical pregnancies is an important one and can help with a diagnosis.

No chemical pregnancy. They all failed to implant

I agree it’s time for a second opinion. I would also find an RE that willing to do a full recurrent pregnancy loss panel, including a biopsy for endometritis. Those issues can cause implantation failure as well as miscarriage.

Consider taking a break. I’m really sorry, that’s emotionally exhausting and really unfair. Hugs to you.
