Does anyone have any feedback on Fairfax County's Kiddie Camps for summer?

Do you know if the programs vary from week to week? Does it depend on the facility? I'm thinking of sending my 4-year-old to camp there for the majority of the summer (9 am to noon) and wanted to know if anyone had experience with this program.
