Alert to RMSC familes who made $200 deposit for season 2020-2021

This $200 is deposit, it should go back to your ActiveMontgomery credit for the payment of new season.

Some families don't get the refund back to the credit, in my example

I should have over $600 credit from 2019-2020 season due to covid19. After deposit payment of $200 on Aug 4, 2020 to secure a spot for 2020-2021. I have over $400 credit.

The county should give the $200 deposit back around Sept 3. So I should have over $600 credit to make payment. Instead, I still have over $400 in my credit. $200 deposit is missing.

Please check your credit balance to make sure you have the deposit back.

I suspect someone is trying to steal money because it happens to a few families -- this eliminated a system wide error.

I think they had to manually withdraw everyone from the deposit "course" and this is how mistakes were made. Mine has a withdrawl with credit, but that receipt is voided, then a second withdrawl with a "non-monetary" receipt. The result of this is also that my deposit is gone from the account and none credited anywhere.

Be sure to look at receipts/transactions under Account Activity.

I had a withdrawal on Sept 3, 2020 at 4:12 PM

"Description RMSC KSAC 2020 - 2021 Deposit #92233"

This money was supposed to go back to credit (where it was taken on Aug 4, 2020) to pay 2020/2021 but it was gone nowhere. Also checked the credit card (which was used to pay 2019/2020 fee) activities -- nothing there as well.

Of the 200+ swimmers, 48 of them were withdrawn and NOT refunded. --- reliable source. They are working on to correct these affected

No one is stealing money but the county employee who works at our site isn't very good so its not a surprise that there are so many issues. We cannot even register. If you used county rec for anything else the credit goes there before you are billed. That happened to us when we used it for something else.

I posted this. I was finally able to register but I couldn't use the credit either. The credit was on there Sunday but now something is off. I emailed and hopefully they will fix it. I think they fixed registering but something happened with the system that didn't allow us to use the credit.

You have to email the site coordinator and they are working on getting us a credit but if you want your money back you have to go to finance and make a request. Its pretty frustrating as who knows if that credit will work for the spring but they promised it would be used for fall and its not.
