Good Mechanic for Transmission (Alexandria area)

Our Ford needs work on the transmission (transmission control module needs to be replaced.) It is now out of warranty, and we have been very underwhelmed by our dealer’s service (Sheehy in Springfield) so we are looking for a local mechanic to do the work at a fair price. If anyone has experience with transmission work in the Alexandria area I would appreciate your opinion. Thank you!
