Sample Essays?

I am teaching my daughter to write formal academic essays. She is in 7th grade. Are there any sites that posts good academic essay examples that we can look at? Or can someone share some ideas on where to look, how to start. We cannot afford tutoring, so please do not give that option.

you do realize that there is a difference between paying thousands to learn how to game a test that isn't supposed to be able to be gamed and learning how to write an essay?

Do you have any favorite non-fiction books that she would like? You can use those to demonstrate how to lay out a thesis and support it with evidence

So, my DS just started TJ, after being homeschooled for several years. We worked alot on writing, and, as his teacher, I searched for the best writing books. There are some good books on grammar, but by far the one I recommend for structure is this one (I can't say enough good things about it, and I've looked at them all, trust me):
