Odd behavior from parent

I have struck up quite a close friendship with another parent, and we have been spending quite a lot of time talking to each other and even sat together in my car one evening. We have been very safe and worn masks the entire time. I am now worried though because another parent, who neither of us has been especially friendly with, seems to be following us around and watching us all the time. For example, when we were sitting in the car, that parent was pacing around the parking lot and circled my car several times. At one point they even approached my vehicle and attempted to peer through my tinted windows. What is that parent up to? Am I right to be worried?

So you have to take this other parent out. Bring a lot of empty beer and wine bottles to the next game. Without other parents seeing you place the empty bottles around the chair of the problem parent. Move to another sections.
