Am I the only one getting spam texts about a supposed “package”

I block the number every time but they still keep coming from different numbers. So f’ing annoying. I’ve had this phone number for over 20 years. I don’t want to change it, but it’s sucks that I’m on some stupid spammer list now. |

Op here. Just found a helpful setting on my iPhone. Settings> Messages > Filter Unknown Senders.
This will help reduce notifications from these people anyway. |

Mine had my full first and last name. I figured it was spam but UPS had actually lost a package of mine that was never found so for a second I was excited. Didn’t click the link. Anyone know what it does? |

Apparently it's a phishing scam that tries to get you to put in your credit card number. Once you do that, they charge you $100/month for some service thing they claim you signed up for. |
