Who prosecutes Republicans involved in tonight’s Hatch Act violations in 2021?

Do the Feds have jurisdiction over all federal Hatch Act violations?
And thus will it be Biden’s AG / DOJ that does the prosecutions, or were there also DC crimes?
In particular, I’m interested to know whether there are corruption or bribery or other charges that would be DC / MD / VA state crimes.

Nixon’s attorney general went to jail for conspiracy, about a hundred people from the Nixon White House went to jail, and almost none could find jobs afterwards.

This is gonna be a legal tsunami in 2021. I hope some DC laws were violated and Racine can get involved in the criminal prosecutions.

If we want to restore integrity there should be widespread indictments next year of Trump officials and family members who violated federal law. Send some of them off to prison and fine the rest. They need to pay a price for their crimes.
