Did your doctors or nurses tell you at each ultrasound monitoring appointment how many follicles they saw? Do they typically count them?
I was at GW and most of the REs did. All would tell me if I asked, or I could ask my nurse later. One of them would only say "looks quiet" during baseline instead of telling me the AFC... though I can't remember which RE that was.
PP again. Also take into consideration how big a follicle has to be for them to “count” it. At GW it would only be included in the final count before trigger when it was over 14 or so. Other clinics count follicles over 10, which is too small to have a mature egg. So follicle count is lower, but number of mature eggs retrieved vs count would be higher.
