Metro reserved parking during Covid?

Hi,

New to the area. I will need reserved parking at the metro station near me in Vienna when we go back to the office. I'm confused about how to proceed given Covid and the uncertainty about when we will go back to the office. I also can get parking deducted pre-tax from my paycheck.

Should I buy reserved parking now and possibly be paying for something I'm not using for several months? Or should I wait until I know we will go back to the office soon and then buy it? Does anyone know if there is a waiting list for Vienna?
