Freaking out, I know I might be psycho

I know I am a psycho and shouldn't be ungrateful since I have a dc already, but i am so sad and worried too.

I had a miscarriage in October. January was the first month TTC. I had bleeding mid-cycle, around day 13. Before miscarriage I had a 28 day cycle like clockwork, after m/c I've had 3 perdiods, first was 5 weeks after m/c and then two 26 day cycles.

Today at work I thought smthg was really wrong with me, I had horrible pain, like gas but not in the stomach, where the uterus should be, and I got up to go to the bathroom and i couldnt walk straight, went to bathroom and pain was bad, wiped and there was a faint stain of blood. I went back to my desk and felt a gush of blood. It stopped for a while and pain got better, but then I had another gush and some clots now. This is SO weird, this is day 22 of cycle, period was due Saturday.

This doesn't feel like perdiod and I am freaking out. I really think there is smthg wrong with me. Will call ob in the morning but had to vent here.

Well, I was leaning towards a chemical maybe?
I don't feel pain anymore, just a hint of pain, but it is not menstrual cramp like pain. Bleeding is still heavy but no clots. Should I call ob?

Do you have any HPTs at home now? If it is positive you should be seen right away. Ectopic pregancies can be really dangerous and can cost you a tube. The pain and bleeding are red flags to me. If you get a positive I'd call your OB on call tonight.

I had a chemical pregnancy but not the pain or clots you are describing. Hope it's nothing OP. I agree that if you have any tests around I'd take one for the information.

Op- i had a dollar store test, just as good right? It was negatice.... Wtf is going on with me.... Also just passed anoter clot....

Definetly call your doctor, but I've found that after I had my son, I had some really heavy, painful periods. It may have more to do with age then pregnancy, but I would imagine being pregnant and having a miscarriage could do the same thing to the body. I'm not saying don't call the doctor, because if it feels that strange to you, you know your body the best. Just don't assume it is something horrible.

Ask your doc. to do an u/s for an ovarian cyst or endometriosis.

Call-your-OB. I know you're just looking for thoughts of what it could be, but nobody here is going to be able to diagnose you. I'll add to the list of could-be's. Maybe your miscarriage didn't "complete," and the bleeding/clots are tissue from that pregnancy.

I don't think you are "psycho" for having concerns about abnormal pain and bleeding. What did your doc say?
