8 months and still engorged

Sometimes I take the risk and don't wear nursing pads overnight (or forget) and I wake up soaked in milk. My boobs are so engorged they hurt. I can't sleep on my stomach or side either, only my back makes them hurt not so bad.
Anyone else? Does it ever end? |

| I had leaky boobs with #2. She's 14 months now and I still sometimes leak on one side while she is nursing on the other. It has decreased a lot, though! |
