Think 2 year old has cavity on top canine tooth

| Doesn’t appear to be in pain but I notice a white spot with a brown spot in the center of it. Tooth feels uneven and not smooth. We have our next check up in October which was the soonest they had, and they are closed for the weekend. Does this sound like a cavity? What can we do in the meantime until I call on Monday morning? |
