Anyone have experience using this? Is it as gimmicky as it seems? I feel like it has potential to be a good glute core workout for a re-entry to exercise. Thinking of pairing with a hydrow. |
I don’t have one but have seen a couple of reviews that intrigued me— at least it’s not too expensive and folds up nicely when not in use.
Hydrow is great— biggest problem right now for me is easing into using it rather than using it every day. Rowing will give a pretty decent core workout (esp if you haven’t been exercising it much) and some glutes. |
Np. I’m intrigued too but I’m worried about knee pain. Would love to hear from anybody who owns one. |
Bump - anyone? |
Curious too! |
What does it mean if no real people seem to be using it? |
Bump. Still nothing? Is every review bought and paid for? |
I have one! Been using it for about 2 weeks now. Just had a baby and easing back into exercise and it's a good way to do it. I have a goal of doing 125 a day. So it's easy to use and targets mostly the top of your thighs and glutes. It's nothing you can't do on your own with regular squats, but I like that it keeps me disciplined. It's not overly expensive, doesn't take up much space and anyone can jump on and start using it. |
You will sell this on Facebook Marketplace a year or so out. For WAY less money, you could have a set of 25 lb actual dumbbells and do squats. For about the same amount of money you could have 15s, 25s and 35s.

Theres a cheaper machine on Amazon that is the same thing. Made by Sunny. I like it. |
