We have a well maintained 2016 C class Mercedes. We are pairing down to just one car with the pandemic and not driving as much. What's the best route to selling the car? I did carmax years ago and they tend to low ball you. |
| I think your best price would be a Mercedes dealership and I’d get prices from a couple of them |
| I actually got more from CarMax than I expected for my BMW a couple of years ago. I didn't want a hassle though so that's why I chose them. I was in and out in an hour, check in hand, and they dropped me off at the Metro. |
| just sold mine a month ago 3k more than the trade in value in gaithersburgh at one of those we buy cars places |
| You can check with Vroom or Carvana. I sold a car to Vroom and it was pretty easy, and the price was great. They sent a flatbed and picked up my car. Also try getting quotes from Mercedes dealers, they keep sending me email saying they'd pay $500 over KBB value for my 2016 C300 (yay!). |
Try Nikko buys cars or something like that near G'burg CarMax |
I just looked up. It's Nico not Nikko |
Which KBB value? There are three and they vary greatly. |
Just checked, they are all referring to "Kelly Blue Book Instant Cash Offer". So I guess it's not that great... Anyway, try Vroom's quote system, it takes just a few minutes. |
