Has your DH seen a urologist who specializes in infertility? If not, I'd recommend that first. My DH had low FSH, low testosterone, low count and low morphology. The urologist had him try Clomid, which can boost FSH, which in turn boosts testosterone. The urologist said this could lead to an increase in sperm count, but would not likely have any effect on morphology, but he did say that 1% normal morphology out of 25 million sperm is much better than 1% normal morphology out of 5 million sperm.
In the end, we did end up getting pregnant on a natural cycle after DH had been on Clomid, but we still needed IVF/ICSI for #2.
