Cost for tutor for pod?

What would you expect to pay if your 4th grade child was part of a pod doing DL but you hired a tutor to help them daily for a few hours get work done, explain what they are missing etc? Not hiring a certified teacher but a college grad tutor. Group of 4-5 kids. Pay per kid or a group rate?

As the tutor I’d expect a group rate so that my pay doesn’t go down if this or that kid is out sick. So the tutor would be there while they are on video or what’s the vision exactly? What’s the age range of the kids? Is the tutor fielding several different grades or mostly the same grade? The tutor will be helping to teach them things like math, science, and English?

The kids are all in same grade in same public school
System. Tutor is there to help them complete and submit the work and help with areas they need help in. Not making their own curriculum. It would be a daily commitment with precautions in place.

Are you expecting them to be all in the same class? Or will each student have different but related assignments?

I would expect to pay $10 an hour per student.
