Remember those annual articles on how much the top paid county employees make?

Every year there’d be an article on montgomery county employee salaries. Usually it was department heads making the most, but there were always firefighters making crazy overtime. Like double their salaries.

Funny how those salary data sets have been taken down by the Elrich Administration.

I wanted to know Andrew Klein’s salary after all the hubbub over his ethics violations came to light. But the data is gone....

Makes me wonder what else he might be hiding.

What do you mean they've been taken down? Aren't they usually hosted on private sites after getting the data through public records requests?

They get that data from the county, which has posted salary data online for several years. But now it’s gone.

Elrich gets a lot of support from the unions, and I suspect they lobbied him to stop posting the datasets.

Possibly. I suspect the unions are the reason Kleine resigned today as well.
