How long does it take for a frozen juice box thaw completely but stay cold inside lunch box(indoor)?

That is for lunch at noon indoor, so when should I take the frozen juice box our from fridge early in the morning? He gets out of the door at 8am, and stays indoor the whole time. Will the juice box gets soggy?

Put the juice box in the fridge now. It should not get soggy, since it should have an impermeable interior. Otherwise there's a chance it might still be frozen at lunch, especially if there's an ice pack in the bag and everything stays in the A/C.

Food and drink can stay at room temperature for hours if they have been handled hygienically beforehand, are closed and uneaten, without spoilage or risk of illness. Even meat and rich sauces! Be careful handling and storing leftovers.

Everything can be kept cool in an insulated lunch box provided you place an ice pack in the bag in the morning and the lunch box doesn't sit out in the sun or in 90F for hours. You could even place the insulated bag in the fridge overnight. No frozen stuff.

We never freeze our juice boxes overnight. I generally take them from the fridge and put them in the freezer as soon as I wake up and make them the last thing I put in the lunchboxes before we walk out the door. So, the juice isn't frozen solid, it's very slushy or even partly frozen and perfect at lunch time.

I only freeze juice box if the kid & the lunch both are going to be out in the heat for a few hours.
