I know 4 between 1st and 5th grade.

Yeah I know a lot of baby and little kid Hudsons. Just looked it up and it’s #42 on the social security baby names list, which is about where the name Henry was 5 years ago and now Henry is in the top 10. I bet Hudson is trending that way too with how popular -an/-en/-on (Logan, Aiden, Mason, Jackson, etc) names have been.

I agree w this. Pick a name that is not weird just a classic that’s now not commonly used. Like Mary. Rachel. Patrick. Richard. Rebecca. They’re all pretty far down the ssa baby name popularity list.

I wish I had known this name when I had my babies! I think it’s so strong and beautiful.

I love this name too but the variety of spellings makes me uncertain how I would want to spell it. Freya would be the easiest for most Americans to pronounce!

Griffin is hardly unique. Several in my kid's class. It's rather like Hudson.

I once knew a Splendora & she did not love her name.

Was she calorie free and artificially sweet?

So you like a boy’s name that is one letter off of a well-known condom name. Got it.

So you're unfamiliar with great Roman emperors?

I had to call someone for work and pronounced it AIRA'-selly. Is that right?
Anonymous
No wait, I had the accent on 'selly' not 'aira'.

A bit pretentious. Harvard was taken?

I love the name Yale too! Especially for a girl.

I like Lael, which makes me think maybe you should spell this Yael. Because YALE is really odd, like naming your child Harvard or Cornell.

Yael is Yah-El. Two syllables, rhymes with hell.

I think Clover is cute.

I tried to figure out a way to use this as a middle name for our happy surprise 2nd child. I also considered Felice, as it has a similar meaning
