Demi Moore makes surprise runway appearance at Paris Fashion Week show...whoa, her face.

And I think Demi Moore has had prior plastic surgery, and it was done just right. Not sure why she wanted to go further.

Somewhere out there Ashton Kutcher is silently giving a prayer of thanks.

I'll be turning 40 this year but I don't think I'll go that route either.

Talk to us in 8 years.

I love how on these boards you hear women who are late 30s or early 40s talking about how they look 25 and would NEVER consider cosmetic procedures. I too looked 25 for ~20 years. And then I hit mid 40s and sh*t got real. Gravity spares no one. While I do think that Demi has gone overboard on fillers, I can understand WHY she did. It can't be easy being in the entertainment biz as an older woman who was once considered one of the most beautiful in the business. I feel for her.

Are you sure it’s fillers and not a facelift?

Maybe both, but definitely fillers.

Don't let your friends do fillers, folks. It doesn't look good, and it will not look good.

Why can’t women age in our society? I’m turning 50 soon and feel the pressure to get filler and Botox.

Another woman who needs to lay off the fillers NOW is Maria Shriver. It's terrible. She needs to stop! I see her on TV and it's so distracting. Her face is getting wider and wider/bigger and her facial features are seemingly disappearing into the center of her massive face. It's awful. Fillers are not the answer!

She is unrecognizable!! I don't know if it's makeup or plastic surgery, but she looks like a marionette.

These women need facelifts. A good facelift is way better than tons of fillers. Fillers should be used very lightly if at all

Frankly she has always had a weird face, even as a young woman. It was fascinatingly assymetrical. Really strange.

Maria and Demi have similarly square faces with strong jawlines.

I suspect those types of faces get very "jowl-y" as skin sags. But the fillers are Not the answer.

Uh *yes*. For anyone who doubts this, watch “The Seventh Sign” when Demi Moore was in her prime.

Sad that she + Maria faced societal pressure to get fillers + end up looking strange

+1. These women are in prime facelift age. They should get one good lift and age around it. They're way past the point of these non-invasive solutions.
