She's never had what you call an hourglass figure, even then. The over exaggerated waist and huge hips are not her real body, unless it's been severely surgically altered.

I never saw the show. It looks like she does have hip implants (Kylie Jenner-style).

But it's also very possible to be hippy (pear shaped) or hourglassy before childbirth.

As someone with her own eating disorder, it's clear as day to me that Aubrey's real current body is 100% a result of binge eating after prolonged starvation. Been there, done that. The body expands quickly when you've messed up your metabolism with starvation. Her skin has that rapid swelling look to it.
