Amex won’t care. You are not being denied what you paid for. The online review is meaningless - they can respond with the truth. But keep stomping your feet if it makes you feel better.

Wait, you spent $6k on an AirBnB with NO REVIEWS that is non-refundable, just as a global pamdemic was starting, knowing you'd be traveling with seniors and kids? LOL.

I am in a similar situation as op.

Looks like Airbnb will refund us 100%.
