I don't get au pairs... it seems crazy

We had a wonderful two years with a German au pair. Miss her so much. She loved the kids. We still Skype and we will visit her.

She cooked great dinners! For the whole family. And when she did laundry she did it for everyone just “because” it was there.

She was so nice and we’ve not gotten another because she ruined it for us! No one could be as good!

Most domestic workers are covered by only the very basic rights (minimum wage, overtime).
