Oh please, half the reason people are obsessed with Aish is her green eyes. Nothing more self-hating than that!

Aish is very pretty. She hasn't aged too well. I am a consummate lover of Bollywood, and desi myself, but I wouldn't consider her the most beautiful woman in the world.
Some of the women (black, white, in between) are absolutely stunning especially in their heyday.

This is a valid point. However saying Aish is beautiful doesn’t take away from other Indian women being beautiful. What I personally find striking about her looks is the combination of sheer symmetry and elegant refinement of each of her features. The big green eyes with dark skin and black hair is striking and unique. So I’m not sure it is racist, just she is objectively a unique beauty.

Adriana Lima also has big green eyes as someone posted earlier. But her features don’t nearly come together in such a gorgeous way as Aish’s do.

They have very symmetrical features. They also have those captivating eyes that you don't know if they are gray/green/or blue eyes.

Lupita Nyong'o is just classic beauty! Jenna Dewan is ridiculously gorgeous. Zoe Kravitz is more sexy than just gorgeous but both. Monica Belluci is my all time favorite. She's a woman who looks her age, her body is not that of a starving preteen and she's so sexy.
