Love that sentiment. Take care of yourself first, and then the relationship is easy. I've had my share of bad relationships ... But only when I was in a bad place to start. Once I was really happy with myself and my own life, a good relationship followed. I've been with DH for nearly 20 years, and I feel perfectly peaceful and at ease about it.
