One of my favorite Christmas movies. I watch it every year. Love Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet. Jack Black and Jude Law are wonderful as well.

I love this movie, too.

Love every outfit Cameron Diaz wears!!!!

The randomly revived 2 year old thread reminded me - I love Under the Tuscan Sun for a sweet pick me up movie

YES to the cottage! And that lovely restaurant in the hotel. Jude Law was so handsome -- what has happened to him? He was so big a few years ago, and now we never see him. Such a talented actor.

I watched it this evening. Definitely chick porn rom com. If only life was like that. Cheesy and predictable but good for a pick me up. Jude law is beautiful in that movie and I find Jack Black to be adorable.

Nevermind -- I see Jude plays Dumbledore in the Fantastic Beasts movie. Will be seeing it later this week!

This is the most depressing movie ever. Everything about it.

Anonymous wrote:Weird - OP asked for feel good movie recommendations and is getting a mix of rom-coms, gross out movies and comedies. Waiting for someone to recommend Saw and then this thread will have gone completely off track.

OP specifically asked for “a romantic comedy or hilarious movie.”

Apparently, Reese Witherspoon movies make me feel happy.

There is a little known one with her and Paul Rudd named Overnight Delivery that cracks me the hell up

Yes, legally blonde!

More Reese: she was in a movie with Mark Ruffalo that is one of my favorite light movies. The title has the word ‘Heaven’ in it.

How can u stand Reese. She is so fake.

I think she's an annoying person, but damn if I don't love several of her movies.

How can you not love Elle Woods?

And Importance of Being Earnest also has Colin Firth and Rupert Everett - she isn't the main character

I like Reese Witherspoon as an actress. Sweet Home Alabama is a favorite. However, the character of Elle Woods I find incredibly annoying, like nails on a chalkboard.

Have you ever seen Aquamarine? Kind of for young teens, but such a good movie!

Election was terrific, though not a "feel good" movie.
