I'm quite convinced that those who still advocate the vastly outdated and terribly suffocating pantyhose in these forums are actually men. So, stop trying to impose your hose fetish on women. We don't care what you think. The younger generation spoke once and for all: No pantyhose, ever!

You would be wrong. The whole pantyhose thing greatly limits what you can wear in winter. Many skirts and dresses simply don't look good with tights or boots. This was always a great space that pantyhose filled to avoid bare legs in winter. Not all of us like pants or find them comfortable!
