yeah he did! even going so far as to go to that (i'm sure pricey) exclusive psychiatrist and get his DNA work-up. he was trying to get help and improve himself and his marriage, obviously. I think she had checked out before that though. This isn't the first time she had made large gift card and spending purchases he has talked about....

Thanks, I figured there was a legal term behind this, but I wasn't sure what it was. I presume that still means it can not be final until a year has passed from the date of filing?

Also, custody, CS, and financial matters must be settled.

People give up too easily. He has a medical problem and she couldn't help him through this?? You get married and are supposed to stay married through thick and thin. My heart goes out to Kane.

We have actually no idea what their marriage was like. Having a partner with mental illness is very difficult and can be destabilizing for the kids.
