It's not just about the sleep, it's about high schoolers not standing waiting for a bus in the dark. When you actually have a 14 year old standing on a street without a sidewalk in the dark, you'll understand.

I think it will help a lot with my middle schooler next year. It's a change in the bus time (assuming it shifts 20 minutes) from 6:55 to 7:15. At that hour I think any extra time helps.

The Tier 1 school my child attends starts at 8:50 and ends at 3:05 - Ritchie Park ES.
