| If conditions are attracting vermin, needs to b reported to county. I would assume she somehow can not afford to hire anyone to do anything about the yard because she is spending all money elsewhere (private school.) |

| Offer to get her to sell your house. Put in the contract that she needs to clean and maintain her yard if she wants the commission. |
