| Anyone making a comparison above between Williams and Northeastern is moronic. The two should not be mentioned in the same sentence. Northeastern has and always will be a joke, a farce, a great gag for the desperate new money dopes. |
Maybe true among Asian engineering drones, but not ant anll true among those who actually matter. |
Anyone who actually knows anything about undergraduate education puts the top dozen or so SLACs above virtually all other schools. |
No we don't. |
Oh look resident Emory hater has made to the thread. |
| There seems to be some strange NESCAC repulsion in the DMV. What explains this? Is it a class issue? |

You are correct that it is quite silly to put Williams and Berkeley together. Williams, the T15 SLACs and the any of the privates in the T20 R1s are far superior when it comes to undergraduate education. Some of my DCs best friends were at the house this weekend (one goes to UCLA, another to UCB) and they were talking about what a shit show it is to try and get classes and how kids grab high demand classes in order to sell or trade them. UCB is a great grad school but for undergrad education it isn't the experience most would want. |
It’s inconsistent. To claim they don’t care about unofficial college rankings, while announcing the unofficial ranking of their kids high school. |
Berkeley undergraduate education experience isn't remotely as robust as any top SLAC or Private. |
